Afternoon everyone,
Well I am back from the hospital and one extra mammogram and an ultrasound later I have been told that all is well and I will be recalled as normal in 3 years! I am soooooo relieved.
I met a friend there and unfortunately her news was not so good, they have taken a biopsy from her and she has to wait till friday for the results.
Thank you all of you for your concern, hugs and positive vibes, it all meant a lot to me.
I am off out now to teach a friend how to make chocolate brownies.
:T:j:T:j:beer: brilliant news for you, just what we all had been wishing for. :j:T:j:T:beer:0 -

Good afternoon everyone,
Another quick post from me as I'm still rationed by the dongle.
Moorhen-so pleased you had good news, fingers crossed for your friend.
I am trying to spring clean/declutter by doing small areas at a time but quite pleased with what I've done so far.Our shredder seems to be faulty-only doing one side, which is a shame as there is loads to be done.
Beth,I agree that snuggling with DGD is a great way to start the day.
Anyway, hugs to all,I'd better carry on x:heartsmil 'A woman is like a teabag: You never know her strength until you drop her in hot water'. (Eleanor Roosevelt)0 -

Hi Guys!
Only just started feeling normal. My bones, joints and muscles are hurting so much ATM and i'm getting a bit fed up with it. Their messing with my chemo treatment and its messing everything up. I haven't slept properly in a few nights and just feel YUK!!
Anyway, OH has sent few parcels off that have been sold. Anyone noticed the postage charges have gone up again!! He was up at 5 this morning working as my helper was only here till lunchtime, but I haven't asked for much as have felt so rough.
Tonight we have YS M&S posh burgers which will be cooked in gravy, roasts, parsnips, carrots and sweetcorn. Think everything will be done in the oven. My helper bought with her a lemon drizzle cake today, quiche and cheese scones. She's a star!
We had a great time with friend who came for dinner yesterday and had a good chat and caught up with stuff. He's more my mate than OH's, but he's a good man and just wish he would settle with a nice lady as he's so lovely.
OH is going to have another go a cooking the Caribbean chicken curry with rice and peas but this time only using 1 scotch bonnet and not the 4 he used last time:eek::eek::eek::eek: OMG....I was upstairs and it was catching my breath just inhaling the fumes whilst cooking off the chicken. Mad man!! Great taste, just so very hot. Very cheap too.
Anyway, hugs to all.

Looks ok but would not pass a professionals test. The secret to success is making very small, yet constant changes.:)0
