    And don't let them enter their appeal process that breaks the bpa code of practice, they say it takes them up to 105 days and you go back and forth 3 times. This is a breach of the code. On rejection if England or Wales they must give you the code within 35 days, or they time out.

    Be aware this lot are currently making small claims, mostly for pre October 2012 fake tickets. But their £150 demands are a penalty and there is no way they would win a defended claim. Actually I would be surprised if this company is still here in 6 months
    When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
    We don't need the following to help you.
    Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

    Ive read loads of posts from people telling me to ignore all letters etc from Civil Enforcement Ltd which i did. But now by doing this I have had a claim form from Northampton County Court with reference number and stamp. Looks like it was the wrong advise from everyone. WHAT SHOULD I DO???????????????????

    But as well as that you need help from the guys over on https://www.pepipoo.com they are dealing with claims from this company. Please start a new thread there with this. Ensure you head the thread title to say you have claim. Please do that now don't wait
