What on earth are you on about

Your last post I suspect telling people to ignore my advice to be cautious and understand the ebay rules and go entirely on your advice that they are perfectly safe to make their own rules up as Customer services told you it would be OK.

If you are having difficulty working out how Ebay works, there are plenty of threads on here which will help explain. Or you should read their t&c but a transcript of live chat won't tally with either of those.

As I offered before, if you would like to place a listing saying "cash on collection" and let me bid, I will ensure I win. You can add all those other irrelevant "t&c" if you like, such as - no returns, must collect in 7 days....whatever you wish :D

    I won't pay immediately.

You can open a NPB, i will pay just before it can close, you can refund.

You will lose the NPB as it closes as soon as I pay, you pay FVF and I leave a neg.

There is no ambiguity in that chain of events, the only other possible addition to the above, is that if you are a seller who speaks with Dublin, they will possibly make a manual refund of your charges.

So back to your comment, what was I on about.....I was explaining that the transcript you have means nothing. The T&C in Ebay's policy are all that counts. A seller must offer Paypal (certain categories are exempt) and a buyer has the right to pay by Paypal.

Show me the link that says a sellers t&c overrule that, or a transcript from Manilla, or even the bit that says Chrissyg is exempt......

You do come across as extremely aggressive and aside of your personal feelings on me, for which I have no interest, you clearly do have a problem understanding how it works.

You are being given sound advice, if you choose to ignore it, that is your prerogative.

But please don't pedal incorrect advice here. You are not understanding the T&C correctly. But you will learn when things go wrong.
