So back to your comment, what was I on about.....I was explaining that the transcript you have means nothing. The T&C in Ebay's policy are all that counts. A seller must offer Paypal (certain categories are exempt) and a buyer has the right to pay by Paypal.

Show me the link that says a sellers t&c overrule that, or a transcript from Manilla, or even the bit that says Chrissyg is exempt......

i have no problem understanding how ebay works , just as ive no problem recognising an argumentative troll when i come across one

You do come across as extremely aggressive and aside of your personal feelings on me, for which I have no interest, you clearly do have a problem understanding how it works.

You are being given sound advice, if you choose to ignore it, that is your prerogative.

But please don't pedal incorrect advice here. You are not understanding the T&C correctly. But you will learn when things go wrong.
