    On 3rd basket on ironing stopped to make a pot of soup for dinner.
    valli you are nuts ironing is the pits!

    civic duty done.. 5 revolting sanitary towels swept from the street..

    Flooring done.. I now need to repaint in the loo.. I think there is something very wrong with me!!

    Dog's bedding washed - I spoke too soon yesterday - first floor given a hiding, bathroom sparkley, special early welcome home dinner and theatre tickets prepped for OH tonight, collected OH from the train, Lid1 visited and decluttered of various urgent requirements, and handmade chocolates with hot chocolate shared with a friend who's had good news health-wise to celebrate at chocolatiere.

    ETA: I have finally broken an expensive lifetime's habit. Just because it's on the shopping list doesn't mean I have to buy it today. Horseradish sauce can wait until beef is going to be eaten. And tahina. And Dijon mustard. And Fine sea salt. And peas. And gin :eek:

    Not been to work today as Im feeling a bit under the weather.

    Shredded some old documents.

    DD rang me from the course she is on. One of the men had mentioned the other day he had a hair fetish. As she was leaving today he grabbed her and stroked her hair. She gave him a mouthful and one of the other men grabbed him. She said she got a fright and was angry. Course tutor deciding what action to take. He was lucky she didn't thump him one.

    I've been trying to put some more music onto my ipod. I could scream - I've manged to get 2 CDs on - and the other 10 in the pile just won't load!:mad::mad::mad:

    DD1 thinks my CDs are too old!

    boddy - hope your DD is okay - that would have freaked me...

    boddy hope your DD is ok some people have no concept of personal space or boundaries do they.

    going to log out now as going out for a bit later so have HHC to wash up wipe surfaces put boys tea out and get ready. once im back ill do our tea and some ironing so hopefully catch up by morning

    have hung one load of washing out earlier should be dry when i get back
