    If your tablet is a wifi one then you can always get a mifi device (circa £40) and use something like a giff gaff data sim for a month when away.

    Ref. bluetooth (BT) ....

    Enable BT on your phone
    Set visibility On
    Enable BT on the Nexus
    Search for devices - your phone should be found
    Connect to the phone - you'll probably need to enter a code to validate

    ... and that should be it. If your phone is anything like mine then you'll get an internet connection with your phone using its data connection.

    Be aware that connecting this way will probably use more of your phone contract's data allowance than just using your phone for browsing.
