Only VM cable areas can get BB with no phone line (although they are currently doing a discounted promo that may make cheaper still).0

He's already said he can't get cable so the VM BB only discussion was off topic. Virgin's ADSL which obviously does need a phone line is called Virgin National rather than Virgin Media and has nothing going for it at all.0

As you've already said you can't get cable that goes without saying so forget about all the VM options that were discussed because Virgin National is neither cheap nor up to much unless it's changed a lot since I last took any notice of ADSL products plus like all other ADSL still needs a phone line.0
