External Email 3 UK - Anyone Got one please /Advice re new contract

I want to email 3 Customer Services but don't want to use the online form as I need to send them a picture and some links

My story is I paid off my old contract (early upgrade fee of £197) and took out a new 3 Contract to get the new HTC One

My contract was taken out on the 15th March and my first handset arrived the following week

The first handset seemed good but then I came to use the camera to record some video footage of my little boy - it was awful the footage had a high pitch hissing sound on it,.

I contacted 3 customer services and they arranged for a replacement which eventually arrived on Thursday last week after some messing around and a !!!! up by 3

The handset seemed ok until I came to make a call , the proximity sensor doesn't work and the captive buttons don't light up - also there is a fault with the screen at the top where it is not sealed so I can see white light when using in the dark

I contacted 3 again and they have said they will replace for a third time but it will be the last and if the 3rd handset is faulty then it will need to go to HTC for repair which is rubbish as the handsets are not fit for purpose as per the sales of goods act

I have done some research on XDA and loads of people are suffering from QA issues .... I will be checking the third handset rigorously and the slightest fault I will be back on the phone again (one guy who responded on XDA is on his 4th !)

I am aware the supplier is responsible under the sales of goods act so I want to ensure 3 are aware of exactly the issues ive had and it is my intention to reject the third handset if it is faulty (im praying its not as I love the phone itself if only it was not faulty)

I want to send some attatchments but you cant do that on the online form so I need an external email address where I can send them an email from outlook

Any one any idea;s ?

Where do I stand cancelling my contract if the new 3rd phone is faulty >?

Where do I stand requesting a different handset if the 3rd phone is faulty ? Was thinking of the new Samsung S4 as it needs to be on par with the HTC One

I know all of the above is speculative if the 3rd handset is faulty but I need my evidence before tackling 3

I have been with 3 since they started and know what they are like so I want to do things by the book re the sales of goods act etc

Thanks

They may not accept incoming email like this, you say sending pictures and links, someone else may choose to send spam or malware. Limiting what you can send in (presumable text only on the form) prevents misuse of the email in address.

The supply of the phone and the airtime contract are separate contracts, You are unlikely to be able to cancel the airtime side through a faulty phone.
Three also consider using a phone as voiding the DSR, so you can't return it under that side either.

You have the right to a working phone, and the retailer has to offer a repair or replacement, but it's down to the retailer to make that choice. As you've had three of the same phone so far you may have a good chance of getting a different phone, however that's down to Threes goodwill rather than a legal right.

Sending it for repair with HTC may be a better option, at least it will be looked at in detail rather than a quick automated QA check on a production line.

Its damn annoying though because of the issues that that the htc one has ... I am praying my 3rd isn't faulty and I am resigning myself to sending it in for repair ..

the only thing that bothers me is the dodgy reports of the htc repair centre claiming all kinds of things instead of repairing

Print it as a letter, post to their Glasgow address (123 St Vincent Street, G2) and await their response.
