I will be spending today. I need to get lunch supplies and diet coke for work. Tomorrow I need to pay for SW but other than that, I have no plans to spend anything all week.

I never have any plans to spend though, so no reason why this week will be any more successful than any other week!! :rotfl:

ETO is there any chance I could change my amount to £43 It makes much more sense for me to include my groceries in with my 'Charlotte money' so to speak. Sorry to be a pain!!

So my plan for the week is

    Sunday - NSD
    Monday - Grocery Shop
    Tuesday - NSD
    Wednesday - NSD
    Thursday - NSD
Friday - Costco ( Fairy Liquid is on offer)
    Saturday - NSD

If I stick to it, I should be able to save a little in my jar at the end of the week.

Thanks for the new thread ETO - and welcome to our new challengers :)

    I stayed under budget last week £116.44 / £130

Still got a a few bits to pay for that were budgeted last week so will include in this week's budget and pledge £50 for the week. Includes tickets to my DDs show, £5 I owe mum & dad (they were at Aintree and put a bet on for me at the course - didn't win though :( ) and £20 for DNs birthday present. I've already got half of the pressie so just need a card and another wee thing so he's got a couple of parcels from me - well, he's only 4!

Petrol and groceries are included in another budget. Hoping for a few NDSs this week too :T

Good luck with the challenge this week

I would like to join in on this - £20 a week for my budget please.

Preparation: Packed lunches and tons of food in freezer, plenty of cigs (i know i know but bear with me), train pass for work.

There is NO REASON for me to randomly spend the money I do during the week, hopefully this will help me keep honest.
Debt free, moved, got new stuff for the new flat - got everything I wanted and need - now just saving.
  • First post updated to here.

Welcome to the newbies and welcome back to everyone else.

AGirlWrites - dont worry about changing your budget, it has to work for you, and I am here most days so can update no problems.

32b3 - have you got a declaration for last week, I noticed you were around £33 but you posted you still needed lotto. Sorry if I've missed it.

Hope everyone has a good week.

I've been thinking and I don't think I'll go out on thurs night. I just can't afford it. I have moved x amount to an account for the month and it is already about half and we're only in week 2.

    Hi all

Last week I came in at £10.55.

I'm pledging £15 again this week - got to be careful as I already spent £8.29 this morning at Tesco.
