Scooby9858 A "win in part", is a bit of an under statement!

Win - Penalty Free cancellation backdated to April 2013!
    Win - A PAC code
    Win - An apology
    Win - £100 compensation (of £200 requested)
Lose - No Unlock code (but who cares you can get a phone unlocked for about £10).

    An excellent result.

Excellent result indeed! Shame CISAS won't reevaluate my claim!

Received notification this morning - all case papers (including the comments that I sent this week) have been sent onto the adjudicator. Just have to wait for their decision now (upto 3 weeks). :D

Your decision must be due tomorrow - Let us know the outcome ASAP.
  • Hi RC,

Sorry I haven't replied to this earlier - long story!

Anyway, the decision came back badly for me - in a nutshell CISAS dismissed my claim. I will forward the full adjudication to you.

What a "con", they did not even consider the argument that under the UTCCRs the ONLY remedy is cancellation - not amendment. It seems because EE mentioned Ofcom they assume all is well -ridiculous.

Shame you are so near the end of your contract - it would have been interesting to see how this would have played out in court, but good you can leave these thieves soon :)

  • Is this way of leaving a current contract possible? I joined T-Mobile in February 2013 (2 year contract with phone). Can I have some help please? Would really appreciate it.

Do I just send that template off to their email? I have contacted them saying the RPI for this month is 2.5% but the price increase is 2.7%, meaning I can leave the contract because their rising more than the current RPI.
