With regards SCC, a full write up is available on CAB.

It would seem they have 14 days.
If the defendant is defending the case

If you are the defendant and you do not accept that you owe the money that is being claimed, you will be defending the case. You have to respond to the claim form and the particulars of claim within 14 days of the date of service (this is the second day after posting). If the particulars of claim were served after the claim form, you must respond within 14 days of the date of service of the particulars of claim.

It's great to hear that others are receiving successful CISAS decisions. Congratulations to you, it makes it all worth while.

In my own case, T-Mobile appear to be taking it to the wire and have only two days left in which to comply. I've ported my number, and assume the account is closed as I cannot log into it anymore. I wonder what CISAS will say if I don't receive my refund and compensation in time.

I've had two PAC's today - one from normal CS with a charge to my account, then this evening the exec office finally replied to my email from a week ago with my pac & confirmation of the refund from April onward. I have been a complete pain the last few days for them - regular CS are completely cut off from anyone who can do anything or deviate from the script (which appears to be designed to frustrate their customer).

I received my decision last week, I don't expect to see the refund until the last few days of the time limit.

My refund appeared with 2 working days to spare, they are dragging it out as much as they can.

How are things going with taking T-Mobile to the SCC?

Have submitted the initial details and have written to T-Mobile(email -recorded delivery letter to their legal dept) to tell them what I am claiming, to give them a chance to settle before continuing with SCC (apparently this helps should the case go the full distance). I have spoken to T-Mobile executive office and know they have received the email plus the letter has also been signed for. Waiting for a response

It appears they intend to defend the case

I've read they often let the case proceed but then get in touch 1-2 days before the actual hearing....basically a game of chicken.
I will be following in your footsteps then.

    I've heard the above too.

Good luck to both of you - keep us posted.

Did you quote the CISAS ruling that Chimper posted re unfair to use a rate that has yet to be published?

Does anyone happen to know what the current tally is on the forum, for cases found in our favour?

Ofcom has emailed me again today, out of the blue (I gave up on them a long time ago!), and they've got me riled up enough to waste time emailing a response :D
