Where did you see about the £10 at Tesco, news sites believe it to be £8.87 as a maxiumum.

Morrisons are going for £4.99, that is the best for me, closest supermarket to me by far too. :)

It was in one of the many articles I read trying to Find out what Tesco's are charging. I wouldn't be suprised if they reduced it in price too.

I might get mine from Morrisons if I can stand the stench long enough. (I was hoping to get it from Tesco's at midnight but I think I'll save myself a fiver and have a good nights sleep too.)

I see it now, ironically on the same site I saw Morrisons were charging £4.99 :rotfl:

Wow this is really cheap. I'm angry now because I've already pre-ordered at Waterstones. Any idea if they'll drop the price?

Morrisons put adverts in a lot of the daily newspapers for their £5.99 price, son it is interesting to see from that article they have decided to drop to £4.99 to under cut ASDA.

When I called to check the opening times the lady was proud of the fact they were '£4.99 (not £5) so cheaper than Asda'.

I thought something like this could happen which was why I left it, sometimes I get burned, but most of the time it seems a good move.

  • We (John Lewis) are selling it for £4.99. We slashed the price today, was originally selling it for £8.89 (i think it was). Thats Reading, I'm sure other stores will be selling it for a fiver as we are 'never knowling undersold' and it's common knowledge that ASDA are selling it for £5.

£3.75 I'll get it for with my discount! :P

my daughter bought a 2 pound deposit voucher months ago which supposedly guarantees her a book- at wh smith - who, it looks like, have you over a barrel-spend loads more and get HP for 6.99 - what do you do - gamble with the supermarkets having enough stock at the price they're promising?

I'm not entirely sure what you mean when you say ' if I can stand the stench long enough!'
