Well if the 40 quid soundbar would work that's cheaper than a tv and I could put up with hat for a while0

you can use a sound bar but will have to jack in on headphone socket just hope there is no fault on tv soundboard on right hand channel like a dry solder-joint otherwise if is you will have crackling on sound bar as well and spent money you didn't need too.
