as one of those "odd" people who does both its isnt a problem. it means i pick up the fork, pen, tennis ball tv remote with whatever hand is nearest to it. when i am trying towork on a pc under a desk, i never have that "its on the wrong side" moment.
interesting you point out the dispraxia thing, it was not noticed in me until i was through school pretty much, and my mum has always refered to ambidextrusness ( is that a word?) as the problem " you use both hands, but neither of them with much finesse"
