does section 75 only apply to credit card and only apply to customs and not businesses?

Yes it only applies to credit cards, so it is no use to you.

You will be asking your bank to consider a charge back.

OP, call your card issuer. Tell them you have paid for goods which you haven't received. Ask them to try to charge the transaction back for you. They might do it, they might not, but at this moment, this is the only option you have.

If they won't do the chargeback because it went through Paypal, or they do, and the chargeback rejects, you have lost your money.

LIDL had those. And cheaper than that.

Mini cooker on US ebay seems to show steamers. But the issue is still... Input Voltage: 115V / 60Hz

    Where the UK is 220-240 / 50Hz

So your going to need to buy one of these for each one you sell also...

Lucky escape them not sending the goods.

As above though your not going to say you bough 300 cookers for personal use are you.
    So its a business transaction.

Sue them in the courts. You get a nice holiday at the same time.

That may help some posters who thought you were cooking beans on two rings. However, I still have a problem. 300 of those is still more than 1 pallet. I work in pallets so I can visualise it. How did you expect that to come by DHL?

DHL do ship goods, they said they will send lots of boxes, but 1 tracking number.

All the boxes will come together, they didnt specify how many items will be in each box though.
