  • Cretinous little chinless rat.
I do hope he receives some sort of fine. Unless we are counting his complete incompetence and stupidity as disabling.
Its all mind over matter. I don't mind and you don't matter:rotfl:

It's the Mirror - why let facts get in the way?

Below it there's his "20 most sinister looks EVER" :rotfl:

In law, you don't need to switch off the engine and/or get out to park a vehicle.
If you fold it in half, will an Audi A4 fit in a Citroen C5? :)

Indeed, as proved by Dom Joly: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_2MJfr1jPFQ

It might be argued that as controller of the vehicle (i.e. the chaffeur operates under HIS instructions) that any offence caused is his alone.

Osborne is quite fit enough to take a walk from a proper parking space to the door I am quite sure.

He also is perfectly aware as a seasoned politician of the need to be seen at ALL times to be abiding the law.
Unless specifically stated all posts by me are my own considered opinion.

This is going to get as silly as that train ticket "scandal" which turned out to be a damp squib. Surely the Mirror ought to be concentrating on real stories like what our solidiers get up to when no-one's looking.
  • There's too many disabled parking bays imho, and with a lot of people not actually entitled to a badge, what's the harm to the high St?

When working and time is short, sometimes one has only a few spare minutes to pop into a High Street shop to run a one off errand, but one cannot park due to blue badge holder hogging the spaces, slapping a badge on the windscreen, running as fast as their legs can carry them to hog the best table in the cafe, they park up and stay in their spot for as long as they can.

No wonder the High St is dying. :o
Be happy, it's the greatest wealth :)
