It's some paint on the floor on private land.
It means sweet burger all in legal terms (did you see what i did there)..

He also clearly isn't driving but he should kick the driver in the !!!! for doing it as it is morally wrong.

A total non story. The mirror should be more concerned about Labour's total lack of ability to come up with a credible manifesto for the next election, getting rid of the idiot Balls up and apologising for absolutely fu*king the country- again.

How can it be his fault then ? I don't like the guy but its the driver who moved the vehicle not him.

Well perhaps George sight is not good and that is why he did not see the sign.....which would explain a lot what he has being doing recently.

Its not up to him to see the sign as he wasn't driving. But if you came to the parking forum you would see thousands of posts there where people didn't see the signs. Parking bays on private land has no legal standing and is just pretty patterns on a bit of tarmac. They are there as a courtesy only.

Disabled bays in these kind of places are there for anyone who considers themselves disabled under the Equality Act, the blue badge scheme doesn't apply there. The bays are put there for the landowner to comply with the act. But it still means that they are just pretty patterns on the tarmac.

Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Probably thought he was entitled, given the number of times he's shot himself in the foot?
No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......

It's reckoned the driver parked there after dropping him at the entrance and then moved to the disabled bay while waiting.

Don't know what to believe tbh.....

More like YAWN..... infantile behaviour and letting facts get in the way of a good story should be confined to Parliament.

I think the guys a right !!!!!! but ... he wasn't driving, it was a police owned car and he doesn't get to chose the parking places the security personnel do.

The driver was probably a labour supporter.

Yes no law was broken but this is still a pretty thoughtless act that brings the police and the government into (further) disrepute.

As an employer you're responsible for the actions of your employees while they are on duty so the "I wasn't driving it's not my fault" argument doesn't wash, sorry.

Also worth noting that this is supposedly a highly trained police driver, yet the car is parked crooked with one wheel over the line. A shameful effort.

The theory that the driver may hate Osbourne is worth considering though. Apparently he went to McDonalds, yet they have stopped at J23A Magor services which is a terrible servicea and has the most awful McDonalds I've ever encountered, the staff there don't seem to grasp McDonalds process of pipelining orders which makes it super slow with huge queues, and the price at that one is also notably higher than standard. If they'd stopped at J24 Coldra Roundabout, there is a cheaper and much faster McDonalds that has a drive through so he wouldn't have had to park in a disabled bay!
