    Well it arrived today travel agent saying he recieved it - Envelope looks like it was tampered with but all passports etc was intact!

    Last time we shall be using Royal Mail

They repleid with a copy of the receipient signature showing date & time of delivery but when i use the track & trace it still just shows "processing" so maybe worth a try to e-mail them as a "complaint" about failure to meet guarantee delivery time.

    Get your claim in for refund of postage paid and the approriate compensation NOW as they only allow 14 days to claim. Compensation is £5 for at least a day late and then rises if more than 7 days - this is in addition to postage paid. Best to check FAQs on the RM site. You can print out claim form there too.
