Good communication and plenty of bonking.

    You can't go wrong.

Plenty of bonking always helps :D

Argue, but never quarrell - never use words as a weapon to wound, it just bounces back and damages both of you.

I agree it's important to keep separate interests and ideas, so as to remain a person not just half of a couple.

Compassion, tolerance, love, respect, honesty and lots of sex.

Whenever asked to do something, always respond, "Yes, dear", and don't leave it till they ask you again!!

Don't be afraid of being passionate
Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.

  • Talk to each other! Don't let things worry you and not tell them. If you think they've changed behaviour / are upset ask why. And if you're upset, explain why. I've seen marriages fall apart just because they stopped talking to each other, assumed the wrong thing etc. You need to be able to talk about how you feel - especially over the little things - it will make the big things easier.
