Living on £53 a week?

In the Guardian yesterday someone stated that whilst on Workfare their benefit was sanctioned for 4 weeks for not returning a form. They had the proof of postage and a copy of the completed form but were still sanctioned. They are working 30 hours a week for absolutely nothing and if they stop working the sanction will be 6 months. They cannot afford to appeal. This is the reality people need to wake up to.0

I personally think it is possible, although not at all pleasant, and have a huge respect for those who do manage it.
I personally couldn't do it though with my current lifestyle. I spend more than £53 on food alone.Save £200 a month : [STRIKE]Oct[/STRIKE] Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr0
