Another £20 on nappies today. Think I've got enough now until she potty trains! So will take the hit this month but it will reduce costs for in the long run!0

Thank you all for the good wishes, the Op went like a dream, feel quite silly now that I was up al night worrying, got told off for not eating anything before, but I felt too sick , I went into theatre at 1.45 was back at my DDs by 4.00 scoffing cream cakes and realised by 4.20 that my sight was coming back.
Off to put in drops and do cleansing proceedure then into bed, so very tired and very very relieved an happy with the result.Slimming World at target0 -
Hope all has gone well Meg.
I said on here yesterday I would slap myself if I went near a shop so I need to do that as I spent £10 on Co-op special offers today including
YS bread, hummus, beef cubes, then crisps and biscuits on offer, no doubt I saved a fair bit but still could have done without going in.
I'm not too despondent as I'm now at £106 ish of £180, there's
no denying I'd prefer to be at less with less than half of the month gone but recent YS buys have helped me stock up until a little later in the month.
I'm going to try and get back on target by 23rd, have already made a list according to what I will need as opposed to want and will get as much as I can from Aldi this week, haven't been there in a few weeks.
Plus I've been working hard on raising money outside of work and have done far better than I expected so far so I'm not going to beat myself up too much. I do want to stay away from shops now though. As I've gone back to work full time after a week and a bit part time I'm hoping this will have a positive effect on my GC rather than a negative one.0 -

I've been piddling about since Feb, so easy could have shifted this weight by now. I just can't seem to get back into it. I still cook SW meals but i am being naughty the rest of the time. It's so hard isn't it!? I'm sure we will both get there in the end, even if it's by the scenic route
Another little spend of 80p this evening. Giant drumstick for DD as she was very brave having an MMR booster and hardly flinched, and a YS loaf for 50p which i have split into three to have for toast or take out of freezer for sandwiches when the need arises so it doesn't get wasted.GC Jan £101.91/£150 Feb £70.96/150 Mar £100.43/150 Apr £108.45 app/150 May £149.70/150 Jun £155.15/150 July £89.90/£150 (includes food, toiletries and cleaning from 13th to 12th of each month. (Note to self; last post was 411).
Evening all.:)
In the last few days, I've been to Tesco, Farmfoods, Sainsburies and Aldi, and bought ketchup, mustard, pickles, yoghurt, lettuce, frozen burger buns and hotdog rolls, bananas, cheesy bread (a huge 45p roll from Sainsburies!), and a bunch of different chocolate bars from Aldi - Choco Break (like kitkats), Racers (like snickers), and Wacko (kind of like twix, but better). That last bit may not have been the best idea.:/ It all added up to £8.20 all together, so I'm up to £18.34/£40 for June. The hotdog rolls were a bit of an impulse buy; those and the burger buns were £2 for two or £1.25 each, and I figured I'd be more likely to eat hotdogs than hamburgers in the future. They're frozen, so they'll keep for a while, and I know tinned hotdogs are only 49p. I've added them to my meal plan for July.:D
I made lasagne soup today. The cheesy bread was to go with that. It's yummy.^_^ Made big mac copies, which taste right, but I've realised that I'm not a huge fan of beef, so I'll probably only make them a few more times, to use up the patties. I ate one in a cheeseburger the other day, so I've got five left.
Chocolate shake in the tumbler.:D Ice cream, plus about half the same volume of milk. I bought a tub of neopolitan a few weeks ago, and you can get nine out of that, three of each flavour.0 -
