    Hi all,

£61 in Ts today of which £51.92 was GC money, the rest was stock for my 2nd purse. I am now running a deficit there but it will be back in the black on Friday when I tot up stock used this week.

Dinner tonight was scampi and chips (I had scampi and salad :A). Have remembered to get the beef casserole steak out to defrost for tomorrow ;)

I've got plenty of meat in the freezer plus mussels and qu0rn products, so I'm just working out a meal plan for the next week or so. Just under £200 left but £35ish already ear-marked to pay 2nd purse back this week

    Have a good evening everyone

I totalled up the last few receipts tonight and I have 41p left.
    Crumbs.
But my month runs til the 18th, so less than a week to go.
My freezer, fridge and veg rack are full, so I can eke things out. Milk will be needed though.
I think I am going to have to drop the budget to £150 next month as we have some big expenses coming up and OH is not working at the moment. Time to get creative.
I heard Lidl and Aldi would be on my supermarket soon, has anyone else heard that? It would make budgeting so much easier.
    Good luck everyone.

Have made Becs Char Sui marinade, Oh my smells and tastes delish,
have had so many tastings hope I have left enough for the meat . I only have frozen meat in so cant combine it yet as I think it will water the marinade down to much,

I am off to Asda to see if they have any of the good for you pasta sauce left at 10p as my DIL wants some, she tells me the Sundried tomato and Basil are her favouriite. I am thinking if the Pork leg joints are still at 3.50 I will get one and cut it into steaks and marinade these, then freeze .

That's it! I'm going to have to do my food shop tonight ... my stocks are very depleted, we have no milk, no bread, just enough bits and pieces to magic a dinner together.
Don't get this weeks wages until 1min after midnight so I will dip into the bills budget just for a few hours

another £39 spend today and £7 odd yesterday - not doing great by the looks of it but if I had done an online shop I would've spent around £100 - so still a saving :)

Spent £16.73 in A1di this morning then went to C**P and brought goods to the value of £10.11 but had a £10 voucher so only had to part with 11p - :j
Got 2 lots of rtc chicken thighs and legs which have gone in the freezer.
Brought some sausage and bacon as son in law was going to come and get to grips with the garden a bit and he loves sausage & bacon butties. However it then decided to pour down so we told him to leave it. Sausage gone in the freezer and will be used later on. May do bacon sandwiches for weekend.

Curry for tea tonight and am really looking forwards to it.
