Have you got any local clothing banks? I am pretty sure they take bedding etc, if not what about asking on the OS board for uses for them?

Thanks - I think there is one in town actually (well, little centre near me!) and I'll have a look this afternoon - need to get out and stretch our legs I think. Thanks for the suggestion - never would have thought of it!

They will....Do you know queensway heading towards ST Annes?...if you do it's on that side of the road a few yards up past the garden centre.If you don't know let me know and I'll see if I can give you an easier way

Really sorry to hear about your news. What can I say, sorry is such a small word! But thinking of you and sending positive vibes.

Ref the towels. You could offer them on freecycle, stating condition as some animal charity might see them? Or go direct? I know that the RSPCA always want them for bedding as my mum takes here ones to there.

Thanks for that! I'll look it up on the net and get directions - there is something about this area that makes me get lost. I have never been as bad at getting any where as in Blackpool area! Don't know what it is!
