I wonder if housework and diets are related?

Yes, along with vegetable eating and frequent bowel movement: They're all good for you, and we all should be doing more of them - but they just don't seem that appealing...

Wel attempting to do both today :) - diet and housework that is. Done morning routine, washing on the line (yes, we really do go through this much washing - but Mondays load was sheets, and another one was towels), going to do Kelly's mission before I go pick DD up from her dance day and watch her perform (bless, she's the youngest one there and so cute!) in about an hour.

OH wants to go to the cinema rather than for a meal for his birthday tonihgt, so that works out much cheaper! He wants to see the Simpsons so that'll be ok. :)

Went to the drs this morning - another 3 months on anti-ds then we'll look at weaning off them. Hmmm. Also got rid of some magazines by 'donating' them to the drs waiting room - a lot more recent than anything they had already and given I had to wait 40 mins (grr) it was a good job i took them!

Hope all are well today.Ebay hasn't moved so hoping for some keen bidders today :)

Hi again..Taxi - if you're about I can not find directions to Easterleigh! I have the address, but multi-map says it's an out of date postcode, there is no one answering the phone :) I'll keep hunting but thought you might know a way to get there - I am hopeless!

Hoping that I don't get too attached when we look at the animals - i am terrible when it comes to dogs :) But it wouldn't be fair to have one as I'm full time from september and we go away quite a bit too. Ah well. Have told Sophia that we are definitely NOT getting a pet, just going for a look and to drop off the blankets. :)

the way i got my ds1 not to have a dog, was to point out what HE would have to do because it was HIS dog, ie clean up mess if it did it in the house, and take it for a walk EVERY day whether it was raining or not (allright I would have helped but he didn't know that). Has put him off a dog for now!!!

Oh Oh Oh ....it was soooo tempting! Those are such gorgeous little cats and a fab dog or two. Oh I want one!

But can't so need to stop thinking about it. OH allergic to cats, not home enough in the day (out for 7.5hrs) for a dog). Pants.

Hi Sea ...glad you managed to find them as they are supported solely by donations so would've been really grateful for the items....I used to pop in with a few tins of dog or cat food quite often as they don't have funding like the RSPCA does. The animals are real cuties...I don't donate to the RSPCA as the dog I have now(he's about 14 years old)..we found on the street as a starving sorry looking 6 month old pup and as we had a dog at the time rang the RSPCA to collect him and they said they didn't want to know..so have given them nothing since.
At least you know you'll be coming off the medication in a few months so that's good. It's also good the OH wants to go to the movies for his birthday as that can be quite cheap...just take your own snack bits...

I really liked it there :) I saw lots of homemade blankets too (knitted) and had visions of doing my own to donate...don't know how realistic it is though! I would love a cat or dog, but can't cos of the reasons already said. Sophia is really keen on a dog too. :(

The cinema was good - we got orange wednesday deal so it was £6 rather than £12 but unfortunately didn't take our own snacks - grr and then couldn't resist, but as a birthday celebration goes it was quite cheap!
