    HI all

Wow, woke up this morning feeling SO much better :) Still got a bit of a cold but nothing too major. William is almost back to normal and so I am feeling positive today :)

Been thinking of ways of getting extra cash - got a few ideas, but nothing amazing yet! Will go for exam marking again this summer - if I manage to get some, it should be good, although is quite a lot of work I think.

The MA seems to have been cancelled - at least I have heard nothing about it despite repeated enquiries, but that's ok. I want to consider the different options really and look at various qualifications - not sure if a straight MA is the most beneficial for me.

Hope all are well. Been doing more surveys but they are really beginning to annoy now as so many of them are for prize draws that I never win...

Will let you know as soon as I get it! Looking forward to it. Was doing some scrapping tonight for relaxation - had palpitations as have run out of white 12x12 cardstock!! Also my only glue dispenser has rebelled and doesn't work properly now so I feel a short trip to a craft shop is in order (arghhhh) but will go to a tiny on where I can *only* get those things! Been having fun with them though - scrapped some holiday photos from a uni holiday I went on in 1999!! Not had any photos printed for over ayear so need to go back and use up some of the older ones...when I have more money I'll get some of the more recent ones developed :)

I found a little pic for your CJ sign in card, although it's rather old and scary looking! Have sent that on now - LT you should get that tomorrow (or rather today now!).

    Hi all

feeling so much better yet again today :)

DD has now developed a croupy cough and I'm beginning to despair. I really need to focus on feeding them better and more nutritiously as something isn't going right as they keep getting ill. They never used to get ill at all.

Going to buy printer ink for my printer today as it's getting silly now. I'll keep a little tally of how many coupons I print off and try and cover the cost through them!! :)

Hope all are well and happy today - nicer weather here - windy but a little brighter than yesterday.

It may not be down to what you are feeding them ..children of that age have coughs and colds all the time.Did you not have rain Sea?...been raining here most of the day..lol..
How about making nutritious rice pudding and giving it with value tinned fruit..thats really cheap ...nice stews done in slow cooker...with pearl barley and frozen veg...
I'll get me thinking head on for cheap meals...whats your food budget?

We have quite a generous food budget really - although I try not to use the full £315 allocated by the CCCS and use it for the other things we do - days out etc lol! So I guess about £250 is about what i spend, but this can be well cut back, especially when will is potty trained and off formula milk (lactose issues). Those suggestions sound great. Will is really fussy and I need to start being harder with him and only letting him eat what is on the plate, not fixing him something else so he won't wake int he night hungry etc. Managed to get Sophia to eat lots of broccoli now so that's great :D

Right - had a really good dig around in my cupboard and have found 4 more pieces of cardstock! :) Also used the last £2 on my WHSmith card to buy some glue dots as they had no other suitable glue but at least i have something now!

I also looked at the prices of the printer ink and OH MY GOODNESS!!! It would be cheaper to buy a new printer! Even the refilled ones are about £20 each. Will have to investigate if there is one of those refilling places around here - I hope they are cheaper as I really have been missing my printer in the last few weeks and having it working would make it so much easier for scrapbooking and also for work as well.

    Grr.
