OH nearly forgot - HOW expensive is the bus?!!! £2.55!

That's expensive - you can go from one side of London to the other for £1!

Very true - but you might have been already! Been a bit slow this morning :)

If you do happen to see this - remember to do a few transactions so you get lots of skincare vouchers! :)

I'm actually a little miffed this morning - OH went out last night (not bothered about that lol) and cleared out his wallet before he went - leaving all his receipts on the side. Now, I would never go into his wallet, but receipts strewn on side, when I am the one who tidies? Despite our conversation the other day about the debts, he's been using his cc to pay for top up shopping, petrol, other bits and pieces and I'm a little annoyed really as we discussed this - he paid off £200 this month and we have discussed how that leaves us short over all etc.

How can we ever get DF if he just doesn't get it? I can not bear to nag continually - it bores me and I have 2 kids already and quite frankly cannot fancy someone if I am also mothering them.

I'll get over myself shortly and have another cuppa.

  • Hi Sea, I know where ur coming from with the nagging..... I have given up with OH, as u said, they just don't get it. I know its a bit archaic (sp?) but I have taken away OH's CCs.... I'm just waiting for the final bill form Vanquis before I write and cancel it.... evertime it comes in, they've added a couple of quid interest, even tho it is paid in full each time
Sometimes I wonder if they actually want to be DF

I don't think that would go down too well here!! :) He claims he must have one for 'emergencies'. I think he should upgrade his current account to one with a debit card so then wouldn't need to use cash all the time - in fact, I'll go see what offers are available now - presenting him with a solution might make it easier.

  • Morning! Slow here too! Think I'll stuff the house work & go up to the plot for a bit! Digging will make me feel better me thinks! Sorry to hear about the petrol etc - can you not just have all his cards & he have pocket money over? Sounds as if you had a nice day with the children though but no wonder youre tired!! Have fun with the CJ - going to do mine in pottery fasion in the next two days - cover done & bits cut - just the text to do & pages!! Not much then!

    Hi ISOM ! :)

Hope you're good - a slow start is nice eh?

I'm going to be trawling the net for inspiration for my CJ I think - not getting many ideas at the mo - not sure why. However, the papers are heavenly - so will be using a few of them! Also forgot I have no printer ink so it'll all have to be hand done, which isn't what I'd planned!

Didn't go down too well here either! But with a £1700+ CC balance, he has no choice! I wouldn't mind so much if he a) made an effort to pay them off or b) they didn't have such silly interest rates.

hmm...think I'm having an insecure moment that I'll get all the other CJs which will be wonderful and creative and mine will just be, well, dull.

Will shake myself out of that one - promise! :)
