Morning!
Cert sounds like a very good idea, I miss free perscriptions from when I was at uni.
I'm feeling very smug about my food plan. I'm done all the way up to 4th Jan. I've been very good this morning and stuff to the plan, just having a cup of tea to warm me up and try to stop me feeling hungry, if not I will have an apple in a minute.
Hmmmm Cookies! Will she let you have some?
Feeling good here today to, last day and work until the 31st! Have you decided what your positive thing for today is going to be?Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -

How about doing something positive your yourself?
The CBT course I did suggested that you have something that you can do for yourself once everyday. Even if it is making time to have a nice bubble bath. They also thought you should have a bigger one every week (meal cooked by OH?) and the a huge one every month (trip to the cinema or something)Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -

Bath sounds lovely - OH just took Will off to the childmnder (he only just got up after v heavy night last night with his mates) and we're about to pop off to the shop to pick up some butter for the cookies and my prescriptions from the chemist.
Think my positive thing today will be to actually eat some fruit and veg!!CCCS DMP:Feb 07

Sounds like a good start, baby steps are the way to go. I am so hungry but I keep thinking that it is only an hour until I can have lunch and then I will feel really good for not eating !!!! this morning.
But I'm hungry!!!
Have fun in town and please tell me it's not busy as I have some stuff to do tomorrow and I hate it when it's busy.Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
Popping into town was nice - got prescription and now feel like a pill bottle myself - have to take 6 a day!!!
Actually I'm feeling quite shocking - think I'm going to lie down on the sofa for a while. We've baked cookies so will wait for them to cool before decorating them.
Be back later hopefully feeling a little better!

I had a lie down - feel a little better, but feel really quite tired at the mo.
Done some more wrapping, but it's taking ages!! Got another £10 argos voucher todaySo now got £30 for argos. Also got good news from a DCA - accepting the repayment plan and will not be charging interest (from what I can gather).
Just pottering about tonight.
