I think I need to write a list (again :rolleyes: ) of everything I've got left to do, maybe then I can get on and do some of it Yep, off to my diary to write it all down ....

Well, my mum is arriving at about 5 tonight - it's pouring down so will see if I can do things at home before popping into the town. Hmm...we shall see. We made crackers yesterday - and DD wants to get little cute bits to go inside them. I refuse to pay the ridiculous prices for nice ready made ones so we had fun making them!

OH is still in bed - not sure when he'll decide to get up. He still has my presents to buy apparently. Ho hum. Nice that so much thought has gone into it. We also always do each other a stocking (nothing expensive, token little things - handmade things (by me) or little items we;ve seen that we think the other will like) but he'd forgotten about this, only reminded when he asked me why there were 4 bags of different stocking presents.

So, apart from balloon keepy uppies that I've just nearly killed myself playing with the kids I have to:

*Do washing - lots of!! Complete and put away too.
*Change sheets on spare bed, DD's bed, our bed - wash dirty ones.
*Get bits for crackers
*Find M-i-l's lost present (dammit!!)
*If time do some baking with DD
*Write email to Santa with DD (left a little late for letter - oops!)
*Get bed ready for my mum
*Prepare snacks/drinks for Santa etc
*Hang stocking
*Be sorted enough to listen to the Christmas story CD with the kids and sing along - tried singing by myself with the CD last night - not so good!!

Hmm...sure I had other things to do - will upate if necessary!!

Oh dear - not much done - beds stripped and first load in so that's good.

OH got up 20 mins ago, and then went straight out to the shops. Hmm.

Right must get on.

aww hugs for you re OH - men eh!! Always leave it to last minute! Wow theres alot to do there! Just do what you can and try & get some hil time. Are the children getting excited?!

Oh my goodness - Sophia is beside herself! We're off out in the rain in a little while to get some tiny bits from the charity shop for the crackers, but thankfully I don't hve to get anything else

Right, need to tear myself away from the comp - back soon no doubt!!
