Well I just scraped 198 yesterday against goal of 190 but it was more work than it was worth. For my efforts my goal today is 255  :mad:and to be quite honest I'm not going to even try to scrape it with odds and sods. I'll keep my eye out for surveys and if I don't get any I won't worry - last day of the current lot of sunshine today and I'm going to get outside :o
Good luck to everyone with your goals today x

Checked this morning and I have still had no credits for my answering questions work so I am not going to bother any more, a shame as I quite enjoyed it!:o

MrsBO906 - have a look at the first page of this thread, it gives lots of ideas for earning swagbucks but if you have any specific questions not answered there we arwe all happy to answer them!

Veggieblob- that target is ridiculous! I don't blame you for not trying. My target is 90 which I won't make anyway as I'm off to the Lake District for a few days and I won't be taking my laptop with me!

Re these high targets for high earners.
I'm not into massive debating, but for me it boils down to this .....
it is a wedge....thin end of. It is all very well us sitting back & saying "it doesn't/won't affect me". The fact is that at some point it just might.

Not in the same league at all & some might say a tad dramatic ,but you might liken it to this quote...

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out--
Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out--
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out--
Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me--and there was no one left to speak for me.

We need to make it clear that this is a $h1t idea . Post on FB and support anyone railing against it NOW,while you have the voice to. Once it becomes set in stone you will have NO voice.

Maybe instead of speaking out people should do something about it instead? Back when unions actually had power the ordinary working person downed tools because that is the only power they had over their bosses.

If people keep achieving these high targets then nothing will change. If people really want the high targets to disappear they need to stop achieving them. In the short term some swaggers will lose a few SBs but in the long run they might be better off. I say might because there is still no guarantee that Swagbucks will change anything, they only thing you/we can do is try and see what happens.

The problem with boycotting SB - if that is what you are suggesting - is that the UK branch are so tiny, counting for less than 5% of SB's overall profits and traffic. Plus, SB would just get more people to replace us - look at this thread, it must have encouraged thousands of people to sign up, whether or not they joined to announce it or not. And as for 'cutting back' on earnings, I agree in principal, but in practice, you can't police what people do. There will always be dozens of people who just do what they want anyway. And for some people they need the money (e.g. for gifts, to cover rent)... What would be great is if we could all emigrate to another site, one that is reputable where everything credits. But I fear that is a pipe dream.

Not boycotting, people can still use it but if they don't want the high targets then they need to start earning less. Everyone can still use it but if someone doesn't want a 200sb daily target then they are going to need to stop getting 200sb+ a day.

The system is based on averages, they higher someones average the higher the target. Newbies can complain about high targets but if they keep meeting them then what else can they expect?

Sorry if that sounds harsh, but those are the facts how I see it.
