  • Did anyone get a PL survey earlier on buying soup in Asda? I got to one page that had the question and that was it. No options to answer, no 'next' button or anything. I clicked on the help in the bottom corner, which opened up a new email with the title "[support] respid: 3538, project: p508907327‏" so I assumed that was the survey ID or something.

I started my email with "I am trying to complete a survey." and kept it open while I waited for an answer.

I didn't get an answer, so turned off the computer and came home. I now have a reply, which seems rather abrupt when PL have always been polite in the past

"What date and time were you trying to complete the survey?" Well, my sentence that says "I am trying to complete a survey" should give you a clue I was trying to complete the survey around the date and time I sent my email.

"What was the survey about?" I assumed the weird looking title related to that.

"Finally, please send your attachment as an image, the way you have formatted it makes it impossible to read." Well I can read it perfectly fine! I didn't format it at all, I just pasted the screen print as it was.

    How rude :(

6 SBs for Swagbucks TV is just too tempting.

I'm so greedy for more that despite the fact I'm just in from work and exhausted I have to keep on watching.
