best part about it is no more lingering chip smells

not going far today here, waiting in for delivery :j
& hopefully getting all the times comps in

got the eggy timer ready & just having salad
& cheesy j/spuds for dinner so that won't be hard work

Good Morning,

Love the chick pic FF! Sun shining away here too so must get the washing hung out.

Not sure what we are doing today but will have to start getting organised to go away on Monday and get DDs school stuff organised too. Not sure if she is working today as a girl had to go home ill yesterday so she might have to cover for her. She had bother with an awkward bus driver yesterday who wouldn't bring her the few minutes home without paying an extra 55p as he said it wasn't part of her fare. All the rest have brought her to the door as they are passing anyway. He was running early all day too and she missed him going out and nearly missed him coming back. If he charges all that it is cheaper to use our car anyway.

Grey here after rain overnight but sun trying to come through finally. Weather's improved enough for them to put 2 lambs with their mummy in the field out the front of our house :j:j:j I spend hours watching them

I've been popping into the inn but haven't posted recently - there've been some great wins- congrats to all

Today is the day my daughter moves into her own flat for the first time - she, her partner & kids are finally leaving his parents after the rows became unbearable - this means that they are moving into temporary accommodation in the worst part of town. Am I right to be worried or just being overprotective ( as she accuses me of being)

Tomorrow I'm going to see War of the Worlds stage show at the cinema with No 1 son & spend all my birthday money on new clothes
