No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries in April

I posted too soon! Soap making demonstration looked really easy, but the problem is there is a high expense for all the initial ingredients. I'm going to make some soaps, bath bombs and moisturisers for Christmas presents next year, and then I'm tempted to make my own toiletries.

Body shop bar of soap..think it was the mango one. All bs soaps i love! Dont use showergel so these are a wonderful alternative. I have three others. Think i will try the chocomania one next

Small free sample UU - the Cussons 'Mum & Me ' 60 ml bath emollient, used experimentally as shower cream. Was very runny and only lasted a few showers but this worked really well considering. I can imagine it being nicely moisturising as a bath. Wouldn't buy. as I don't take baths, but for those who do and like pure products, it would be good.

Current perfume from the minis stash is Lancome's Attraction. Quite nice, this one, takes a while to warm into the skin but fairly pleasant when it settles. Also quite like Dior Diamonds, which is another I'm using regularly.

It's not a bad idea is it? I have a really bad skin condition which started with a shop bought bath bomb. I miss using them, but if I know what ingredients are in them, I might be able to start again!

Got the results of a biopsy through and I have an allergic dermatitis. Not sure what I'm allergic to, as the only thing I haven't given up is wearing clothes! I wonder how long it would take to know if SLS is the problem?

1 out today - BS seaweed cleanser. It was alright, but I'm so rubbish at using cleansers, it took months to get through the tiny travel size bottle, so probably won't buy again!

1 little UU Liz Earle Soothing Line Serum. MBA, I have used it regularly in the past, but have several trial/travel sizes of other things to try.

TA NailtekII base coat, only a little left in the bottle and it had gone thick. WBA, but have other things to use first.

I need a new nude lip liner pencil, looked at the No. 7 yesterday, but think I will hang on until I have a money off voucher, I usually get loads and don't use them, but will probably have to wait ages now, I certainly don't want to do the 3 for 2, nothing else I need!
