£45 p/hour but spend time so early in the morning? Hope your friends know the utility act
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

I'm not working at the mo' chanz4 - but yes, you can be assured they know the act you specify.

SSE 'played silly' - they've messed with the wrong person and are about to get their 'butt kicked'.

I think you should go back to school - legal action started (wish you were my target but the reality is that you're a big fat zero) - bring it on sunshine!

No luck required - you have the same mentality as SSE.

For anyone else reading this thread, please don't be intimidated by companies such as SSE and please, ignore what the likes of chanz4 cares to write. The County Court does provide a means of recourse - you don't have to take this sh*t.

chanz4 - get your calculator out and start adding up all those unlawful charges (oh yes) and associated costs to individuals. You make me smile!

If you can afford the time and money for legal action, how come you couldn't spare money to pay the bill or time to explain your difficult situation to the supplier?
