chanz - it looks to me like Phil is just wanting to kick over an ants nest, and is ignoring any sense that is introduced to the conversation.
We had the diversion around calorific value, now credit facilities.
Saying the charges are unlawful as they do not reflect reasonable/actual charges, but ignoring any question around what would be a reasonable amount? (to believe that the charge is unreasonable you must have a figure in mind that is reasonable)
I'll wait for this to fizzle out when sense gets forced in.0 -

My line of work only pays £45/hr (IT Contract market - last 15 years) - I should look at working for an energy company or moving into the legal practice (£165/hr).
However as I say, I'm still waiting for advice and as soon as that materialises then action will be very swift and very precise.0 -

i'm waiting for advice. The charges have been applied - they will be removed shortly either by agreement or court action.
You perceive there is room for negotiation (wrt charges)- this is boolean, they apply or don't apply. My costs now come into the equation.
CV based calculations are for the attention of Ofgem.0
