    Tinned black cherries, yum yum..
    I'll have a quick look - I can't give any M prices though.:o

Yes please to tinned black cherries.

I do a sort of Black Forest trifle for Christmas etc and it costs a fortune to make. Chocolate Swiss roll on the base with a sprinkle of something alcoholic if I can find it, tin of back cherries, jelly, posh custard, whipped cream with crushed meringues, the top sprinkled with crushed amaretti biscuits, crumbled flakes, more cherries.

I am thinking that to make it cheaper I ought to keep an eye out for custard and cream in the reduced fridge, chocolate muffins reduced on the bakery. I got reduced meringues in the cupboard and jelly just need the cherries now so then I'll be ready for more the trifle making urge hits me :)

    CHANGES TO TESCO'S PRICE CHECK**

For those who don't know, Tesco have recently moved their goal posts re: Price Check/Price Promise. Your shop must now contain at least 1 comparable grocery product and at least 8 different items in total.

    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Prob already been mentioned but this is wrong now since it changed to getting till spits rather than printing off the PP, i think it's ten items instead of 8? ...

OR..... You could pretend you have me on ignore, then leave the wrong thing up for people that don't know to make mistakes, seems fair to me.

Lol my mum left me outside the post office when I wad a baby as she couldn't get the pram in, came out and walked half way home before she remembered :rotfl:

this Sheba is interesting. I've checked mys and also tesco.com and its not showing as stocked by T.
Tosco also have the buy 7 for £3 multibuys same as Sada. In theory you would be OK buying 6 in Sada as other Shebas in tosco ate 50p so possibly you would at least get some APG back.
Anyway I am going to give it a try this morning. I don't think the systems will be much updated over this bank holiday weekend. and I've got a medium value APG I can use form a couple of weeks ago.
All the usual suspects were on the Sada v tosco list a few days ago - is anything else a must have to buy in Sada?
