Trying to catch up but know it won't happen tonight
My days been ok but feeling really carpy.

2 years ago today at 8ish tonight I got the phone call that would change my life forever:(.
My mum tried to call me but I was working and didn't manage to answer so rang her back just before 8. Apparently DH had been trying to ring me but couldn't get through and had rang her. When I finally got through to her she explained that DH wasn't very well but they'd called an ambulance. While on the phone to her they'd arrived and I heard the most blood curdling scream coming from my mum, I had to get home and was almost there.
Sorry, I'll stop there TMI. I never made it in time :(

It's so strange that I can remember almost every detail of that day but can't remember what I did yesterday or what I have to do tomorrow without having it written down.

My heart aches every day, I feel like I don't want to (I don't know what to put here, maybe go on, feel like this, do anything. I don't know what I don't want)

I know I need sleep so good night x

    Huge hugs SD xxx

  • Happy Easter to everyone, I know it's a bit late but have not had much time to keep up lately as I have been caring for my Dad but we have now got 24 hour live in care which will make such a difference.

3 Dogs and SFSB I am sorry to hear about your loss and my thoughts are with you.
Spirallingdown I hope you had a good nights sleep and you feel a bit more positive today.

Taking my son to A's today as he wants to get Foster Gold which I believe is on offer in M's just going on a hunt through Savvy's list (thank you Savvy, you do a great job) to find a few fillers.

Thank you to the nightshift for a really entertaining read back:)

I just have a niggling worry about SD. Please come on soon and talk to us SD. Between us all we can find ways for you to get through this awful time.

I think you were trying to say that you can't go on with the way things are at the moment and not simply "I can't go on"

So the answer is to change the way things are now. Just talking for the moment might be enough to make you believe you need to go on for that brave boy of yours who has gone through so much too.

We need to sort out that bloomin' beast of yours! Let us help you through this:o
