Regarding the Mum & Mes at 52 and 85p in A:

According to MSM when I'm signed in, my nearby As don't appear to have any Cussons Mum & Me. So I might have to be in the nearby S instead! (Although MSM, logged in, also doesn't have S with the necessary varieties:mad::mad: - perhaps not online in this area, might have to look around in my local S's more thoroughly!)

92kg fat b@stard 2 years ago down to 82kg mean fighting machine now, the swimming has done most of it.

I always liked walking and biking but also liked eating & drinking [ie a bit too much].

Now I find that swimming a mile a day maybe 4 days a week keeps me trim and dulls the appetite.

Plus uses up a few calories etc.

I shall have to sort this out. I used to do 100 lengths a night 4 days a week. Since getting married and having kids I hadn't been (3 years). I went back the other day and managed 2 before I nearly died! (Full whack mind). :o:o:o

I have gone from 98KG (6'2") to 115KG!

EDIt - and the only 6-pack I have now comes from ASDA!
I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.

Good morning all,

What's all this cheesy business then! I've just run out from the last £1 double pack glitch (yes I know it was a bit out of date lol!)

LOL! I flucked 9 - One of the ones I thought I knew, I got wrong lol! Bloody Latin - I did it at school too :o

SD - Hope things go well with mum. How's DS doing? You both still having fun with *dog that shall remain nameless*?

Right - off to catch up properly. :A

DS is doing ok thanks, he's a bit moody and a cheeky wee sod today but I think most of that's down to school tomorrow.
The beast is a pain in the butt! He keeps finding ways to get out of the kitchen, I've tried leaving him in the sitting room but he's nearly pulled the blinds down trying to get at other dogs out the window. He did manage to pull the curtains down today though
No sign of a home for him yet, phone rescue on Tuesday to see what's happening there.
Got yet another idiot home checked only to find he admitted he was just finished a court order banning him from keeping animals of any sort, well at least he told her that's one thing but I'm not risking him coming to any harm if I can at all help it!

• Swimming luckily is one of those sports where the more training & time you put in, the better you get.

My son (10) is a county swimmer and I have to say he's my inspiration: just seeing him improve thanks to training time & application in the pool was phenomenal.

Made a fat lazy b@stard who couldn't really swim 5 lengths without thinking that was enough turn into the dolphin I am today :D
