Basically it's a 7 day diet.
You can drink as much DRY white wine & Jacob's cream crackers every day for 7 days.
Nothing else.
Works a treat as you pass out round about 2pm but are not that hungry.
In fact: NO MORE CRACKERS!
How much weight do you lose doing that:D:rotfl::rotfl:never stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit0 -
Just out of interest can I ask how small peeps print their APGs
I reduce by 75% and get 2 to a page, they measure approx 4" x 4"
Is that what most people do?
Just thinking about saving ink:)To do is to be. Rousseau

I've given up, microwave rice all the way :rotfl::rotfl:
lidl regularly do one at half price (40pish) which is very nice
Aldi do a box of 4 boil in the bag rice - comes out superb every time - much cheaper than the microwave stuff and plenty for the 2 of us - wouldn't buy anything else now
Think it is something like 59p for the box of 4 bags0 -

Nope a lurkered area, only ever seen one mse'r in there and i introduced myself with the famous words are you a frined of martins :rotfl::rotfl: this was with the big glitch last year not seen her since
Am I the only one who still remembers that somebody on here said, "No, but I once got asked if I was a friend of Dorothy's"? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: It still cracks me up whenever I think about it. :T
Good evening, cheese glitchers.
Many thanks to Chrisv, Altojack and any other brave cheese pioneers out there. DH and I went out last orders for a foray and were successful. Thanks to AltoJ for the reminders re sell-by dates. :A Dare we hope it will still work tomorrow?
What with the ICBINB and the cheese, there is a very dairy orientated slant to the contents of the fridge at the moment, though the T minced steak is fighting a valiant comeback - thanks for that one Fairy Claire.
We then proceeded on to our nearby outlet, where comfy but stylish shoes, books, cds and a dvd and a necklace were all procured at very silly prices. So all in all a very successful outing - and the sun was shining :T . 'Twas very nice, I got a bit fed up yesterday because despite the fact DH was home for once for our anniversary, we just got swept up in the usual rubbish that needs doing at the weekend, so it was nice to go out together today just the two of us ( I had to insist) and do something together. We ended up having a very pleasant afternoon.
Hope is not a strategy.0 -

Reduce mine down to 40% - probably measures a bit less than 2 inch square and scans fine - just tests their eyesight
:D 50% is better for them to read..
Always in B&W :beer:Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

A couple of things show different on the APG than they do on MyS?

And was ripped off as the Old El Paso kits had £2 marked on the shelf for both variants!

The flapjacks I bought were rubbish.
Thanks all :-)Dream of being mortgage free....
