Eh? How do you work that one out? You paid £1 each, it thinks you paid £1.50 each so technically in your favour for Innocent ...? It is just a shame that they aren't available cheaper elsewhere?

Innocent (x2) - pay £1 each in As
    AvM £3/£4.36
    AvT £3/£3
    AvS £3/£4/60
    AvW £3/£3.50

However you are correct for Coke 2L (x2) - pay £1.98/2 for £3 in As, on APG
    AvM £2/£1.98
    AvT £2/£2
    AvS £2/£3.50
    AvW £2/£3

sorry, I picked it up wrong :o
  • Sorry guys, I haven't managed to post much recently as I have just had too much on my plate..

Ds was 5 on Thursday and dd is 7 on Tuesday. Add to this their combined birthday party today, my parents arriving from Jockoland for a week last Thursday, plus my fil's funeral next Thursday, I haven't even had a chance to scratch my a**e this week.

Anyway, did two A shops exactly the same tonight, nothing new, just confirming that the cheese was still a goer at 20:00.

Due to the ASDA Price Guarantee, you're entitled to a voucher of £13.79:

    1 x Cadbury Freddo (18g)£0.20N/A

    Comparison total (compared products only)£26.36£13.97

As we all know, cheese was 2 for £5, so I spent 16.10 in total (£15 on cheese) and got an apg for £13.79.

£2.31 for 6 blocks of cheddar plus fillers can't be bad!!:D:D

Plus, I made a few schoolboy errors with my fillers and lost a few pence, so I am sure this shop can be done more cheaply..;)

    Thank you to the OPs!

I am sitting here surrounded by receipts - I thought I had struck it lucky earlier with a 10 Muller womble receipt (following my sixer earlier) then spotted they have only bought 6 flavours :(. However, have a £6 and £7 and a couple of £1s so can't complain :).

Mrs Anon thinks I have gone mad, but fridge is full of cheese and Mullers and freezer full of cheap meat.

I have a code now when she asks where I am going - "on a wild goose chase" which means heading out searching for items that are reported as on offer/glitching.

Feeling brave (or reckless) based on my success earlier in the day (post MSM update), I gambled and bought 4 cheese shops and an Uncle Bens and all came through okay (Mrs Anon was asking if it had glitched since I got in from shopping, I am still training her that it takes 3 hours to know and I am shopping blind!).

I am not worried about Mullers working as they work even on non-glitch days (as it sees 6 for £3 and cannot seem to work out that they also do 10 for £4). Not as good as it used to be when it didn't see the multi at all, but still can't complain!

My next shop is Avs S (as it's a milk shop) - has anyone found any good items vs S? (Other than the Mullers of course and the Cathedral City that we, rather madly (or maddeningly), aren't getting.)

Logically therefore, I'm now going to update my Avs T on MSM!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:(If my next shopping is Avs S, then why not(!)??) Together with a couple of pauses to check the APGs on my receipts.

(I think the reason I'm updating Avs T (and then, once done, probably putting some details on here) is because it might help people doing Avs T. We don't need milk right at this moment, so by the time I come to do a comp. vs S (possibly Monday) it may well be an outdated list. So I do day of my shop, whenever that should be.)

As we were making our way around the market we were so confused. Where is everyone?? The trams were so packed! What's going on? Is best friend's mother on drugs?

Fleetwood market stands today as the acid test for carpness with bf and I - as in ''went to xxx, it was really carp'' ''was it as carp as fleetwood market'' ''actually xxx was quite good''

BF that I speak of is currently recuperating from major surgery (replacement jaw joint ) We haven't reminisced over this for a while so when I go up't north and visit her in a few weeks I will remind her of the whole sorry escapade and we will laugh. Well I will, she will hold her face and grimace bless her. :)

We used to holiday every year with DHs family and always had a great time and good stories. We went and stayed in a bungalow not far from Oulton Broad and as FIL and I were the holiday planners we had been thinking in the future about a barge holiday. So we decided to go on a barge trip to the town of Beccles as it was advertised as having a market. Well we chugged at 4 miles an hour up the broads to Beccles spent a couple of hours walking around Beccles which had very few shops and no market that we could find. Went back to the barge and said to the woman on the barge what happened to the market we couldn't find one, she said 'I don't know I never leave the boat!' :rotfl: You couldn't make it up. We chugged back down the broad and also decided that a barge holiday wasn't for us either.:p

Is it that the apg is looking at yesterday's prices - are these indeed yesterdays prices? That is why I was asking earlier about the cheese and whether it was a new offer today - ie whether apg was seeing yests prices iyswim:)

i posted results earlier today which were from a womble from yesterday for the cheese which showed no multibuy on the APG and compared at full price but was similar price elsewhere, then it went cheaper at sainbugs today and someone (sorry cant remember name) went and did the shop again today and it compared again at the full price agaist the cheaper sainbug price :)
