Will depend on which site they are going to be based at and whether they have transport. My DS1 went there but had transport so stayed at home but had friends who had houses and flats and I think a couple are still there so can ask him.

My daughter will be placed in Clifton. BF can drive but not sure if he will take the car but i understand transport is quite good. We are in Peterborough which is not to far but they will be staying in nottingham. thanks for your reply.

Finally got myself an avatar and been having a look at other elite ones. First time I've viewed them ;) x

Thanks Locarr for the thread.... can't believe it's on page 165 before my first post, but things have been hectic with Mum needing more help as each day goes by, and a teenage son on half term!

    Has he got thumbs:rotfl:

I wish he did! He chews them until they break. It would save me a small fortune on new baby gates but have decided I'm not going to buy new ones as he'll just wreck them. I bought 2 chain dog leads and I'll wrap and clip the gates closed when I go out. I think he's getting out sometimes because he's learnt how to jump over both gates now

I've tried showing him we're going out, I've tried putting an old top of mine in with him, I've tried putting both his dog cushions in his bed, he has my dressing gown in his bed too but nothing seems to keep him calm or comfort him enough to stay in the kitchen.
I can't let him access to the yard while I'm out because the !!!!!! behind us delights in torturing him and making him bark which annoys the neighbours. The lady next door was the one to let me know this, her son was out in their yard and heard the guy so went out to see what he was up to and told him to wise up! A few neighbours have had problems with him too and are in the process of getting him warned by the cops over some things he's done.

SD have you tried crating the beast whilst you are out. I had to do this when my dog started destroying my new kitchen. I cable tied the new crate first to make it nice and strong on the corners and now I can go out without worrying what I will come home to. I put 3 padlocks on the door, top, middle and bottom

    He can unpick padlocks:(

Hello, you probably know this already, but there is a try me free offer on the buitoni's dolmio sauce, which could mean you get a full refund for the sauce you bought if you don't agree "it is the best ever". T&C apply, and maybe someone could remind us all how to access the "try me free" thread on this site for more details of this and other offers. I have tried to find it again but failed! Thanks!

    Thanks, I appreciate your reply.
Tooth was xrayed and not fractured.
Dentist thinks ds2 tripped upstairs as I was scared to tell him he had been play boxing with ds1 and he had done it, so probably thinks it was a harder knock than it was. Having said that it was the Wobbliness that was worrying him. No idea why I told ds2 to make a story up but the dentists assistant was ds1s best friends sister and I didn't want them to know as ds1 feels bad enough x
