Thank you for your query regarding our Price Promise.

I am sorry to hear that you believe one of the prices on our Price Promise comparison is incorrect. I can understand your concerns.

We have a number of checks in place to ensure that all prices are correct. We take prices daily from the Asda.com and Sainsburys.co.uk grocery websites. Morrisons don’t have an online grocery shopping service, we therefore check prices twice a week by visiting stores. To do this we use an independent agency to check the prices for us. All prices shown on the breakdown include all promotions.

Having looked into this with the details you have provided, I can see that there has been a problem this time, which is why I have passed on your complaint to our Price Integrity Team. They will investigate this situation with our independent agency and ensure this never happens again.

Whilst there is little more that can I say to alleviate the disappointment this situation has caused you, I'd like to send you a £10.00 Tesco Moneycard, with my best wishes. If you can kindly send me your full name and address I will arrange for this to be sent to you.

Thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention. I do hope that despite this incident, you will give us the chance to restore your confidence in our operation.

    Kind regards

    :D

Looks cold out there today, DS has just declared he wants to go out on his scooter NOW...I would rather go back to bed and hunker down for a couple of [STRIKE]days[/STRIKE] hours :)
