you'll find it a lot easier to build a shed from scratch the size you want than trying to alter a bought one.
There are plenty of free plans on here.]

I still think it would be easier and cheaper to buy a second hand shed and cut that to size, especially if your DIY skills are poor rather than build one from scratch.0
