:staradmin Hi Everyone and Welcome to the April's 2013 Bankruptcy Club :staradmin

This club is for everyone who has gone or going through the process of Bankruptcy during April 2013. So please feel free to join and post.

Pop your name on here, the date that you went/are going Bankrupt. Then just keep everyone in the club updated throughout the next year about your BR journey. That way you can all stick together, compare notes and be there to support each other during the different stages of your Bankruptcies.

Remember this is your board so keep posting :hello:

Obviously anyone can come on here and post anything that will help and you are all welcome. Any important questions that need answering please still post them on the main board, as you will receive more advice and help.

My date is the 4th April 2013 and I'm :eek::eek::eek: , not sleeping and running worst case scenarios in my head, lots of what if it won't happen and generally feeling sick and anxious but I'm sure by the close of day on the 4th I will be either one person with this on my face:D glad that its all over or whatever, this cant happen fast enough.

So:(:wave::wave::hello::hello::hello: to any fellow BRs to be grab a :coffee: and let's get on with it....:D

Hi didit.com and Welcome to April's BR Club, I've added your name to post 1 :beer:

It's nothing to worry about the call from the OR, they just to get a feel why you went BR. Before the call just look through your 6.28/SOA so your familiar with what you have said. The OR will just go through your 6.28/SOA with you. Also before the call have a big mug of tea ready or a bottle of water, and while they are writing things down you can have sips of tea/water, so you don't feel you have to fill in the pauses. And if you don’t know the answer to a question just say so. Do have a list with all questions ‘you’ want to ask.
Can last anything from half an hour to an hour and a half.

Im BR everything went well, I panicked but it turned out just as the kind people said it would even though I was panicking etc.

I have had a preliminary phone call from the ORs office to arrange my proper telephone interview for next Friday:eek: this should be fun, the finite details of how I got myself into debt...ehmmmmm the ex OH rang and asked me how my day went.....the phone line was blue with my language but it was theraputic telling him Im number bloody blah blah of 2013 now sling your hook , he didnt say anything then said oh....first time Ive reacted, now must go and get on with my life

Will still be posting my day to day dealings with my journey towards discharge.
