Which form when transferring TO Nationwide?

Positive result on this.
All sorted in the end & transfer has been completed.
Sent a complaint in because of the poor/wrong information given.
Nationwide investigated & responded. Turned out it was the branch manager who had given the incorrect information. The response gave their name too which i found odd.
Anyway they also identified who was seen the 2nd time round & said that they had given the correct information.
The branch manager will be given training to make sure this doesn't happen again & a £50 apology has been offered.
The missus is embarrassed by all of this & thinks that i really shouldn't have complained on her behalf.
The way i see it is she was given incorrect information which could've cost her a few £100 in interest which has been put right with a £50 bonus.0 -
Well done:beer:
My ISA has still not arrived in my Nationwide ISA yet despite SAGA sending me a closing statement saying the ISA had been transferred on the 17th April 2013"Look after your pennies and your pounds will look after themselves"0
