Hmm, could be the same 'confused' assistant that I had to deal with on a different product.

I'll tell her she needs to head back in & speak to them again. Unfortunately she'll likely get the same person, so wont actually get anywhere.
She wont be impressed with me as she hates dealing with all this kind of stuff, whereas i actually enjoy it. Sad really i know lol.0 -
Despite both applications going off together to head office only my husband received a letter today confirming that Nationwide have written to our existing provider to request funds from them. Luckily the Saga ISA does not mature until the 17th April 2013."Look after your pennies and your pounds will look after themselves"0

Well i'm in town on Tuesday morning. I know i can't discuss her specific account with them, but i'll be calling in with another set of forms filled out by her & asking them why they told her she doesn't need SF215 since they're not replying via secure message online.0

I had this pack. VERY un happy with the lack of instruction.
Thanks to this thread i can start the paper work.
Its a stupid system, i need to put all my details on the form even though they know them all! With this, i am asking Nationwide to cancel my ISA account. They are asking for my phone number, NI number, email address that was 1) used during the ISA application 2) I am a current customer!Oxfordmark

What a riduculous procedure, waste of my time filling out information they already have about me. Why not a simple form asking for your Nationwide ISA account number and the details of the one you want transfer in?Oxfordmark

Yeah i really don't see why they can't have ONE form that deals with this & why they need two forms signing. I don't see a need for it myself.
Went into the branch today to sort this proper. The woman at the desk apologised for the poor & false information my wife was given & said yes you do need both parts.0
