:rotfl: your boss sounds like mine, I've actually resigned about half a dozen times so far, did actually get as far as having a leaving do 3 weeks ago and was meant to be starting a new job on the monday but he persuaded me to stay while we were all actually in the restaurant after my last day at work. Felt really bad about letting the new firm down, but it was the 5k payrise that snagged it!!! DFW through and through!!
