Is it worth me trying to claim. In February 2008 we were delayed coming home from gran canaria to newcastle. We flew with Jet2 and the reason for the delay was due to a fault with trying to refuel the plane. We were kept hanging on for hours until the pilot actually came up and addressed the passengers in the departure…

Hi,
I've just posted a similar occurrance as yourself. I went to the travel agents I booked my holiday thru in 2011 and they printed off the booking with the cost of the holiday and the flight times
