Ebay buyer trying to get refund after 4 weeks?

    He will, once the attempted delivery is made, refusing the delivery will still get him a refund, you will end up without the money and without the laptop if you do this, as others have said.

    He will get the money, and PayPal will chase you strongly for it. Expect the debt collectors.
    One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.

    PayPal (and eBay) moved their UK operations to Luxembourg so they wouldn't have to be regulated by the FSA. I guess they had something to hide.
