Technical Question

I have been having trouble connecting to Wanadoo and was so fed up I am now on Tiscali PAYG. I am seeing how it goes as I am not a heavy user. I caluculate that I will pay less by this method.

However, at the moment I am still paying for Wanadoo. I can get my wanadoo email by going online with Tiscali and gettin the Wanadoo home page up, which is fine.

If I end my Wanadoo contract, which I am tempted to do at the end of the month, what will happen to my email and email address?

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Trev

Revert your Wanadoo account to payg, and ring it up once every so often; I think 180 days is the requirement, so try and set yourself 2 or 3 reminders a year, birthday, holiday, Xmas. They'll send you a letter every so often recommending you upgrade, but you can ignore it.

Is it best to call them to set this up?

Somebody else on here did it a few weeks ago. You'll need to talk to them to cancel the contract and payment details anyway

I cancelled my account 3 weeks ago and was automatically put on Pay-As-You-Go. When I tried to log into my homepage it gave me a Subscription changed notice. I did not ask for this so I must assume its standard.
