I am trying to contact TopCashback as I have a number of purchases indicating I will be paid 0.00 for a hotel stay. I try and claim for them but it says I have no transactions with them despite the fact my Earnings tab shows 11 Transactions. Do they have an email address as I can't find one?0

@Justice13075 and @apga I am sorry to hear that you have both had negative experiences, I can assure you that not all transactions are like this and many go through without issue. If you would like me to look into your specific issues then please email mse@topcashback.co.uk and I will take a closer look into them.
@Whiteadder transactions are tracked by the retailer and can take up to seven days to be tracked. We record the clicks that happen through our links which is why you could find the click record to that retailer. Did you clear all cookies and cache? as this can help with transactions tracking in the future
@ensojer If this is IHG then a second transaction will show a few weeks after your stay but I will be more than happy to take a closer look at this if you email mse@topcashback.co.uk

Good Morning
I am being lazy and have not read through every posting to see if mine is answered.
I am trying to sign up for Talk Talk's latest Broadband deal which is £17 a month for fast Broadband which ends today. I go through the link from Topcashback and complete the checks, fill in the order form. When I get to the end the form won't submit. I've tried three different browsers, spoke to Talk Talk via live chat who said to keep refreshing the page. Nothing works. I did speak to a very rude man in the sales team at Talk Talk last night who eventually told me there was an issue submitting the form. When I asked how long it would take for the fault to be fixed his reply was "I'm not the bloody technical team!!! or words to that effect.
Talk Talk are more than willing to take my order over the phone but I won't get my cashback (currently £95) will I if I place my order over the phone?
I've contacted Topcashback and am still awaiting a rely to my "Support Ticket"
Any help in placing my order to get my full cashback would be appreciated.

I have now had a response from TOPCASBACK. The fault as I thought it was is with TALK TALK.
No answer as to how I can get my cashback if the form won't submit. Just tried it again and the fault is still the same. That is a fault for over 18 hours so far. Not good. Perhaps this is telling me TALK TALK is not for me. I am wondering if TALK TALK have deliberately created this fault as they have got enough subscribers for this deal. Very sneaky and not very professional TALK TALK.0 -
I placed an order for BT broadband, phone and tv via TCB on 11th march. Its marked as a click to Merchants BT Broadband New Customers
Waited the time advised for it to show in my account and it didn't.
Submitted a missing cashback claim on 22nd March got an email saying they would submit the claim to BT.
Have just looked at the 'view your claim' page and its saying 'ready to submit'
If the rep from TCB sees this, please could you tell me when I can expect it to be submitted?

I am sorry that you've had this trouble whilst trying to make your purchase. Unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to offer cashback whilst making your order over the phone but only when the order is made wholly online.
The TalkTalk website is something that is out of our control but as they are aware of the issue you are having, we should hopefully see it fixed soon.

We can usually see missing cashback claims submitted to the retailers network within 2-4 weeks. If you wouldn't mind allowing that time then we should see your claim update and investigated further.

Am i the only one that finds very few purchases (much less than 2 0r 3 yeard ago) are now tracked and paid0
