I have 1 open claim still waiting to a reply from the merchant (Tesco) for coming up to 2 years, and another with Microsoft when an offer failed to uplift still on their 'query log' for coming up to 18 months!0 -
It's got to the stage where I think I will have to start legal action against the merchant. Done it before and no doubt will do it again in the future0

It is very much pathetic and I'd like to know when the TCB 'fair play policy' kicks in? Or, does it?
Another month on and nothing regarding my Owners Direct claim, which the TCB 'senior management team' are allegedly investigating.
Like I stated earlier, pointless adding to my ticket as TCB refuse to escalate or raise a complaint.
Last ticket included:I can see you already have a support ticket in regarding your payments, and as they are better situated to advise you further regarding these, I shall leave your query in their capable hands.
If that's how effective the TCB 'senior management team' are, I wouldn't class them as having 'capable hands'.
Experience tells me what the outcome will be (if I live long enough) and it won't be good.
My experience v TCB 'senior management team'.
Let's see who's right. No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.0 -
Are we sure TCB has a management team?0

Some job if you can get one.
(inbox is perfect for resting your feet)
Do TCB have a 'fair play policy' now?No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.0 -

Above link posted by someone else is currently 7.00 a month cheaper than via Topcashback or Quidco x 18 Month Contract - 126.00 difference
During May 2017 I did that offer Via Quidco or TCB for the same Monthly cost - 28.99 plus advertised Prepaid Mastercard from BT ( 200.00 then)
Above link posted by someone else also only has a 9.99 router delivery one off cost whereas TCB/Quidco currently have 59.99 set up fee including router delivery
Total current difference being as has been said before this is a Moneysaving site by NOT using Quidco or TCB is 176.00 based on 18 Month contract less TCB/Quidco Cashback if paid.
Second post on above link not by me either
"Different routes into the BT website show different base prices, activation prices and giftcards all at the same time. Go through Quidco or TopCashback and you can see different prices to those when you go direct or from MSE etc. You need your wits about you to spot this - Infinity 1 Unlimited can appear as £28.99, £29.99 or £35.99 per month, activation as £9.99 or £59.99"
The aim of my posts on the subject have been for TCB to get its members favourable terms with non TCB links not merely for Quidco to end up with less favourable terms whilst other routes to BT Broadband remain much cheaper.

Hey everyone,
@ aimee brown – I would really advise you to edit your comment to hide your email to protect your online security. Should you wish to let us know of your account in the future on the forum I would advise confirming your username or emailing us at mse@topcashback.co.uk
I have ensured our team have replied to your support ticket for you.
@Birstolleedsfan – the retailer through their network informed us that our pages were correct and showing the correct and true information.
Comparison tools such as one you mention can sometimes use commission to offset some costs and also can negotiate special deals. The other site you mention, could be using an outdated page.
The issue with the link you have provided on a forum is nobody knows where that links has come from. It could have been intended for people who BT know are part of a different telecoms company or something like that. It could even be an offer not everyone is eligible for.
We know first hand that selected member deals are posted on that forum and it’s not explained by the poster if this is for selected people.
It is for you now to decide should you wish to purchase as I have done all the investigation work I can from our end. As I have said it has come from their tracking network (who administer the cashback across the board) that the information on our site is correct and so we can be pretty sure that the links on our site are correct and as they should be.
Best wishes,
